Welcome to the AHFES webinar – Sustainability: Existing Tools and Best Practices which took place on Wednesday 18 January 2023

The webinar was organised by NIFDA in co-operation with AHFES.  The aim of the webinar is to identify and discuss the challenges of implementing sustainable business practices in the food and drink industry.

It can be quite challenging, and possibly a bit daunting, for businesses in the food and drink industry and in the agriculture sector to implement sustainable business practices, especially for those that may have limited financial resources and/or (limited) expertise on sustainability.

We were absolutely delighted to be joined by two Northern Ireland companies, Biopax Ltd and Frylite Solutions, who kindly and generously accepted our invitation to help shine a light on these challenging issues and share their experiences in trying to tackle them.
