This report provides an overview of 4H innovation and insights on best practices for innovation cooperation in the healthy food sector.
Current trends and existing collaborative experiences implemented by AHFES partners to support SMEs to innovate are reported and analysed. Each region provided an overview of the trends and existing experiences in their regions and identified a success story analysed as a mini case study.
These reports and systemised knowledge across these reports provide insight and inspiration for policy makers, SMEs, academics, and citizen stakeholders working to further enhance healthy food innovation projects.
